Concept Client lands primetime BBC TV spot

You know we said we can make your brand famous? We weren’t fibbing.

Keep your eyes peeled for DIY SOS The Big Build on Wednesday 1st Feb which features our client Rapid Response Ambulance Services. The BBC show took on the challenge of adapting the home of a 17 year old Worcestershire girl who has been unable to leave hospital in over three years. The build set out to take on some pretty challenging alterations to Antonia Payne-Cheney’s house in Eckington in order to allow her to live comfortably at home.

As well as enlisting volunteer builders to the project, consideration needed to be given as to how Antonia would be transported from hospital to her newly adapted home and this is where Rapid Response stepped in. As well as putting a smile on Antonia’s face, and giving Concept a warm, fuzzy feeling inside, it meant some primetime TV exposure for our client. It was a win, win.

It’s not the first time we’ve secured some PR for this client. Rapid Response also featured on the BBC News in 2013 when they rescued locals from severe flooding.

We work hard to establish PR relationships for our clients’ – we keep ahead of features lists and one ear to the ground for any opportunities that would benefit our clients. We are proud of our media contact list which contain direct dials of newspaper editors – regional and national, TV producers and journalists and editors at the glossy fashion mags.

Check out DIY SOS on Wednesday 1st February, 9pm, BBC One.
