Answer: relevance, leaflet design and timing. It takes us all about half a second to decide if the mailer is relevant to us.

All our clients want a mailing which will knock the socks off all of the other direct mailing pieces sat on the prospect’s desk. We are passionate about providing direct mail solutions and you’d be forgiven for thinking that we need to get out more when you hear that we get a kick out of successful, cost effective mailshots.

Our client, Winsted wanted a direct mailer that would provide a high response. Our solution was to research a relevant database and design a mailer that demanded little time and effort on the part of the recipient. The mailer detailed benefits to the reader that left them in no doubt that their business absolutely needed the product. The tick box reply card asked for a ‘tick’ in the right box and then it could go straight back in the post. Easy.
