Production Jo

Jo is our woman in the know. With Concept since 1995, she is the backbone of the team and there isn't much she doesn't know about print, production and website construction. She has worked on all sorts of marketing communications including brochures, exhibition stands, websites, promotional material and even jobs in Russian and Polish (!?*#?#) and to top it all off is also a Google Advertising Professional.

PR Jo

This means that she likes to talk a lot. Jo has spent most of her career on the client side so she knows what you, the client, is looking for in a marketing agency. With time spent in digital TV broadcasting and experience of working with BBC Radio One, she knows how to build relationships with the media, and uses this experience to make sure that she generates as much interest for you as possible. It's an old one but we love 'it's not what you know, it's who you know'.

PR Hannah

Communication and Media graduate extraordinaire fresh out of Bournemouth University; Hannah is a recent addition to the PR team at Concept. She’s bang up to date with the latest in media and comms tricks and trends and brings with her a year’s experience in the field. She learnt the art of juggling many balls at once by working at Worcester Live and Wychavon Leisure.

Designer Jason

Commanding three Macs at any one time, he is a man who can really multi-task. He doesn't look blank at the mention of jpegs, gifs and tifs, and doesn't pale at the sight of a blank screen awaiting an injection of creative enlightenment. Experienced in the design of ads, leaflets, brochures, websites, company identities, mailshots, displays, exhibition stands - you name it, he's done it.

Developer Dino

Addicted to all things high-tech, Dino is our computer guru and is happiest when building websites. Whether you want a website, online marketing, website maintenance or optimisation, in fact any kind of electronic media, he will talk you through the options in plain English.

Account Whizz Gill

A business doesn't flourish for over 30 years without organisation, structure and accounting. Gill maintains the smooth running of Concept through office and financial administration, keeping everything on track and us in order.
